Minimums and Fees
- A food & beverage minimum is required for all event spaces
- Space rental fees may apply if additional setup is required in any of our event spaces
- There is a 26% service charge applied to all events
- All additional chef attendant requests will incur a fee of $300 per each additional chef
- All additional bartender requests will incur an additional $375 per each bartender
Guarantees & Selections
- Your signed event order with your final menu selections is due SEVEN business days prior to your event
- Guest count guarantee is due THREE business days prior to your event
- Your final bill will reflect your guarantee, or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater
Customizations
- We are happy to offer alternative menus to cater to dietary restrictions
- Bar packages can be customized to meet the needs of your event
Add Ons
- AV needs are coordinated via our onsite partner, Encore
- We are happy to provide recommendations for local florists upon request
- Votives are available upon request
