Welcome to The Dignitary, our modern whiskey bar with Prohibition-era charm. Located off the lobby in our hotel near the convention center, this space was the original headquarters for the Samuel Gompers AFL-CIO, known as the “Plumbers Building,” and played a key role in the hotel’s LEED® Silver accreditation.
The space features exposed brick walls, a red brick bar, red leather club chairs, a working fireplace, private nooks and a stunning outdoor patio, ideal for private events of varying sizes.
As a full buyout, The Dignitary can accommodate 140 for a reception and 99 for a seated event. For smaller semi-private gatherings, the West Wing with cozy banquets and red leather chairs can accommodate up to 30 for a reception and 20 for a seated event and the Roosevelt Room can seat up to 10 or up to15 for a standing reception around the crackling fireplace.
